What to Expect?
The ride takes 1.5 hours total. The first part allows riders to get acquainted with their horse and feel confident navigating independently. Once everyone is ready, the group heads out to gather and move the cattle. Be prepared to be part of a team, learn the basics of cattle herding, and make unique memories.
Who Can Participate
Our cattle drive is open to all skill levels of riders above 12 years old. Whether you're an experienced rider or have never been on a horse before, our guides will provide all the necessary instruction. The cattle drive is a perfect activity for families, friends, or solo adventurers.
Age Limit
Due to the unpredictable nature of cows and the need for horse riders to move independently of each other, all cattle drivers must be 12 years of age or older. Riders aged 12-16 years old must be accompanied by an adult who is also booked on the same ride. Younger riders are encouraged to book our trail riding experience.
Duration
The cattle drive experience is 1.5 hrs including time to mount up and dismount. Guests are advised to arrive 15 min early in order to maximize their reservation.

$100 per person plus taxes and fees.
Weight Limit
To ensure the safety of our horses and riders, our horses are only asked to carry 20% of their body weight including riding gear. Therefore the trail riding weight limit is 275 pounds (125Kg) for all participants. We offer a chauffeured cart ride experience for individuals over that limit. You can experience the same East Texas trails from the comfort of a cart.
Riding Attire
Helmets are required and provided. Closed-toed shoes or riding boots are mandatory. We strongly recommend long pants and wearing comfortable attire suitable for outdoor physical activity. Please check the forecast for the day of your scheduled ride to ensure your personal comfort.
