• Payment processing: Payments are processed by Square, a third-party payment processor. Square receives your full card information. SFR does not store complete credit card numbers.
• Transactional data: Square may provide us with non-sensitive payment information, such as a transaction ID or the last four digits of your card, for record-keeping and customer support.

C. Liability Waiver Information

• Waiver details: All participants must sign a liability waiver before riding. We use a Waiver Company to collect and store waiver forms, which may include your name, signature, contact information, and date. We retain waiver records for legal and safety purposes.

D. Cookies, Analytics, and Device Information

• Cookies and similar technologies: Our website displays a cookie banner that lets you manage consent. Cookies help our site remember your preferences and improve your experience.

Our activities are designed for participants 8 years and older. Riders aged 8–16 must be accompanied by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
